Method

Grilled Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Jasmine Rice

  1. 5

    Rinse the Rice

Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

  2. 6

    Cook the Rice

In a medium saucepan, combine rinsed rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed.

  3. 7

    Fluff the Rice

Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.

Fresh Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 8

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop the zucchini, bell pepper, and carrot into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 9

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped vegetables, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
