    Mash the Avocados

Using a fork or potato masher, smash the avocados to your desired consistency (smooth or chunky).

  3. 3

    Add Lime Juice and Seasonings

Mix in lime juice, chopped cilantro, finely chopped jalapeño, salt, and Tajín seasoning until well combined.

Roasted Corn

  1. 4

    Preheat the Skillet

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 5

    Cook the Corn

Add olive oil and corn kernels to the skillet. Sprinkle with salt and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is charred and tender.

Pico de Gallo

    Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, combine diced tomato, red onion, diced jalapeño, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and salt to taste.

  2. 7

    Mix Well

Mix all the ingredients until evenly combined. Adjust salt if necessary.

In a serving bowl, layer the smashed guacamole at the bottom.

  2. 9

    Top with Roasted Corn

Spread the roasted corn evenly over the guacamole.
