Prepare Espresso
Brew a fresh shot of espresso (1 oz) using your espresso machine or stovetop espresso maker. Allow it to cool slightly while you prepare the other ingredients.

Mix Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Ketel One vodka, 1 oz of Kahlúa, 1 oz of Caffè Borghetti, 1 oz of freshly brewed espresso, and 1 tsp of cane sugar.

Shake
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well-chilled and frothy.

Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass to ensure a smooth texture without any ice shards.

Garnish with three coffee beans placed on the surface of the cocktail for an elegant touch.
