Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare Espresso

Brew a fresh shot of espresso (1 oz) using your espresso machine or stovetop espresso maker. Allow it to cool slightly while you prepare the other ingredients.

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Ketel One vodka, 1 oz of Kahlúa, 1 oz of Caffè Borghetti, 1 oz of freshly brewed espresso, and 1 tsp of cane sugar.

  3. 3

    Shake

Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well-chilled and frothy.

  4. 4

    Strain

Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass to ensure a smooth texture without any ice shards.

  5. 5

    Garnish

Garnish with three coffee beans placed on the surface of the cocktail for an elegant touch.
