Honey Mustard Sauce
Method
Chicken Tenders
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into tenders, about 1 inch wide.
- 2
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken tender first in the seasoned flour, shaking off the excess. Next, dip it in the beaten eggs, letting any excess drip off, and finally coat it in the bread crumbs. Ensure each piece is evenly coated.
- 4
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 5
Fry the Chicken Tenders
Carefully add the breaded chicken tenders to the hot oil in batches, avoiding overcrowding. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- 6
Drain the Chicken
Once cooked, transfer the chicken tenders to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
