In a dry skillet, toast the cashews over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until golden and fragrant, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and chop roughly.
Making Spicy Mayo

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lime juice. Stir until well combined and smooth.
Assembly

Assemble the Wraps
Take a lettuce leaf and place a spoonful of the chopped chicken, vegetables, and toasted cashews in the center. Drizzle with spicy mayo.
