Method
Prepare the Dressing

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil. Whisk together until smooth.

Season the Dressing
Add salt and black pepper to the dressing mixture. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.
Make the Croutons

Prepare the Ciabatta
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the ciabatta bread into bite-sized cubes.

Coat the Croutons
In a mixing bowl, toss the ciabatta cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.

Bake the Croutons
Spread the coated bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Assemble the Salad

Prepare the Salad Ingredients
Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and Grana Padano cheese.

Add Dressing
Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad and toss until all ingredients are well-coated.

Top with Croutons
Add the homemade croutons on top of the salad. Serve immediately with additional Grana Padano if desired.
