Preparation of Dressing

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, minced anchovies, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Whisk together until smooth.

Season the Dressing
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning if needed and set aside.
Preparation of Salad

Prepare the Lettuce
Wash the Romaine lettuce thoroughly, then chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Add Additional Ingredients
Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl. Add the black olives and grated Grana Padano cheese.

Add Dressing
Pour the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.

Bake the Croutons
Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, turning once halfway through.
Assembly

Combine and Serve
Once the croutons are ready, add them to the salad. Toss gently once more and serve immediately with additional Grana Padano on top if desired.
