Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Toast the Ciabatta

Preheat your toaster or oven to medium heat. Place the ciabatta slices in the toaster or on a baking sheet in the oven. Toast them for about 3-5 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Avocado Mixture

While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mash the avocado mixture with a fork until creamy but still slightly chunky.

Assembly

  1. 3

    Spread the Avocado

Once the ciabatta slices are toasted, spread a generous amount of the mashed avocado mixture evenly over each slice.

  2. 4

    Add Toppings

Sprinkle feta cheese over the avocado, followed by dollops of sour cream, pico de gallo, and bean salsa. If desired, add fresh cilantro on top for extra flavor.

  3. 5

    Serve

Slice the avocado toast in half and serve immediately while the bread is still warm and crispy.
