    Chill the Ingredients

    Before you begin, ensure that the Aperol and Prosecco are chilled. You can place them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or in an ice bath for about 30 minutes.

    Select a large wine glass or an appropriate spritz glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes to your desired level.

Mixing the Cocktail

    Pour Aperol

    Add 3 oz of Aperol to the glass filled with ice.

    Next, gently pour 3 oz of Ruffino Prosecco over the Aperol in the glass.
