Chill the Ingredients
Before you begin, ensure that the Aperol and Prosecco are chilled. You can place them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or in an ice bath for about 30 minutes.

Prepare a Glass
Select a large wine glass or an appropriate spritz glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes to your desired level.

Pour Aperol
Add 3 oz of Aperol to the glass filled with ice.

Add Prosecco
Next, gently pour 3 oz of Ruffino Prosecco over the Aperol in the glass.

Top with Soda
Finally, add 1 oz of Fever-Tree Club Soda to the mixture. Pour it gently to maintain the fizz.

Add the Orange Slice
Garnish your Aperol Spritz with a slice of orange. Place it on the rim of the glass for a beautiful presentation.
