Pork Preparation

Trim and Cut Pork
Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Season Pork
Season the pork pieces with salt and black pepper.

Coat with Cornstarch
Dredge the seasoned pork pieces in cornstarch until well coated.

Heat Oil
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Fry Pork
Fry the pork pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.
Sweet & Sour Sauce Preparation

Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a saucepan, combine sugar, white vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water.

Cook Sauce
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens and bubbles, about 5-7 minutes.
Vegetable Preparation
Combine and Serve

Combine Pork and Sauce
Add the fried pork back into the skillet with the vegetables and pour the sweet & sour sauce over the top.

Finish Cooking
Toss everything together to ensure the pork and vegetables are coated with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Serve hot over rice or noodles.
