    Season Pork

Season the pork pieces with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Coat with Cornstarch

Dredge the seasoned pork pieces in cornstarch until well coated.

  4. 4

    Heat Oil

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  5. 5

    Fry Pork

Fry the pork pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.

  1. 6

    Combine Sauce Ingredients

In a saucepan, combine sugar, white vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water.

  2. 7

    Chop Vegetables

Chop the bell pepper and onion into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 9
