Directions
- 1
Prepare the Cuttlefish
Clean the baby cuttlefish under running cold water, removing any innards and beaks. Pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Marinate the Cuttlefish
In a bowl, combine the cleaned cuttlefish with grapefruit juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 3
Prepare the Scallions
While the cuttlefish is marinating, wash and chop the scallions into small pieces, separating the green parts from the white parts.
- 4
Cook the Cuttlefish
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated cuttlefish and cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until they are opaque and tender.
- 5
Add Scallions
Add the white parts of the scallions to the pan with the cuttlefish and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
