Thoroughly rinse the beef tripe under cold running water to remove any impurities. Cut the tripe into bite-sized pieces.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the cleaned tripe and a pinch of salt. Boil for about 30-40 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
