Combine Ingredients
Stir in the canned tomatoes, chicken broth, rice, Cajun seasoning, bay leaves, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Cook the Rice
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and has absorbed most of the liquid.

Add Shrimp
Stir in the shrimp and green onions, cover, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Serve
Remove bay leaves and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
