Prepare the Meat

Cut the Meat
Cut the steak, brisket, and bottom roast into thin strips, about 1 inch wide.

Marinate the Meat
In a large mixing bowl, combine the meat strips with vegetable oil and the suya spice mix. Ensure all pieces are well coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together ground peanuts, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Prepare the Sides

Prepare the Yams
Peel the yams and cut them into thick slices. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the yam slices and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Fry the Yams
In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the cooked yam slices and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Sprinkle with salt.

Serve the grilled meat alongside the fried yams. Optionally, garnish with sliced tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers.
