Preparation of Meat

Cut the Meat
Cut the mixed steak, brisket, and bottom roast into thin strips, approximately 1 inch wide.

Make Marinade
In a bowl, combine ground peanuts, vegetable oil, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, ground ginger, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well until you have a smooth marinade.

Marinate the Meat
Add the cut meat strips to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Skewer the Meat
Thread the marinated meat strips onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece.

Prepare Plantains
Peel the plantains and slice them diagonally into 1-inch thick pieces.

Fry Plantains
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the sliced plantains and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
