Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, cornstarch, and water until well combined. Set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, zucchini, and snow peas. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the Sauce
Pour the prepared teriyaki sauce over the sautéed vegetables. Stir well to coat and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve immediately with miso soup or salad.
