Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Paneer

Cut the paneer into small cubes and set aside.

  2. 2

    Chop Vegetables

Finely chop the onion, green bell pepper, and tomatoes.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Heat Oil

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.

  2. 4

    Saute Onions

Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until it becomes translucent.

  3. 5

    Add Ginger-Garlic Paste

Stir in 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. 6

    Add Tomatoes and Spices

Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the oil separates.

  5. 7

    Add Green Bell Pepper

Add the chopped green bell pepper and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  6. 8

    Add Paneer

Gently fold in the paneer cubes and sprinkle with garam masala. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavors.

  7. 9

    Garnish

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
