Divide the Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into equal portions (about 6-8 pieces).

Stuff the Dough
Take one portion of the dough and flatten it into a small circle. Place a tablespoon of the onion filling in the center, fold the edges over the filling, and pinch to seal.

Roll the Naan
Gently flatten the stuffed dough ball and roll it out into an oval shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
