Lemon White Wine Butter Sauce

Method

Preparation of Seafood

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the shell of each lobster tail, starting from the wide end to the tip. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Scallops

Rinse the diver scallops under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Shrimp

Peel and devein the colossal shrimp, leaving the tails on. Rinse under cold water and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.

Cooking the Seafood

  1. 4

    Broil the Lobster

Preheat your broiler to high heat. Place the prepared lobster tails on a broiling pan and broil for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Baste with melted butter halfway through.

  2. 5

    Grill the Scallops

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned scallops and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat.

  3. 6

    Grill the Shrimp

In the same grill pan, add the colossal shrimp and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from heat.

Making the Lemon White Wine Butter Sauce

  1. 7

    Prepare the Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in the dry white wine and fresh lemon juice. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly reduced.

  2. 8

    Finish the Sauce

Stir in the chopped fresh parsley and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat.

Serving

  1. 9

    Plate the Seafood

Arrange the broiled lobster, grilled scallops, and colossal shrimp on a serving platter. Drizzle the lemon white wine butter sauce over the seafood before serving.
