Lobster Preparation

Prepare the Lobster
Fill a large pot with 4 cups of water and add 1 tablespoon of salt. Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Carefully add the lobster tails to the boiling water.

Boil the Lobster
Boil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes, or until the shells turn bright red and the meat is opaque. Remove the lobster tails from the pot and allow them to cool slightly before handling.

Cut the Lobster
Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise to expose the meat. Gently pull the meat out of the shell and place it on top of the shell.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 cup of unsalted butter. Once melted, add 3 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper into the melted butter. Mix well to combine all flavors.
