Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Broiler

Set your oven's broiler to high and allow it to preheat for about 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the center of the lobster tails, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.

  3. 3

    Season the Lobster

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Broil the Lobster

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up. Broil for about 10-12 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly browned. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.

  2. 5

    Melt the Butter

While the lobster is broiling, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, set aside to keep warm.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the oven and let them rest for a minute. Serve the lobster tails warm on a plate, drizzling some of the melted butter over the top.

  2. 7

    Enjoy

Serve with additional melted butter on the side for dipping and enjoy your delicious lobster dinner!
