Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Prepare the Salmon

Season the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season them with salt and black pepper.

Make the Horseradish Mixture
In a small bowl, mix together the prepared horseradish, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and chopped parsley until well combined.

Add Panko Breadcrumbs
Stir in the panko breadcrumbs into the horseradish mixture until it is evenly coated.

Apply the Crust
Spread the horseradish mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, pressing lightly to adhere.
Baking

Bake the Salmon
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
Serving

Garnish and Serve
Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
