Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cauliflower

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Batter

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.

  3. 3

    Coat the Cauliflower

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is well coated. Shake off any excess batter.

  4. 4

    Fry the Cauliflower

In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the battered cauliflower florets in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  5. 5

    Toss in Buffalo Sauce

In a large bowl, combine the fried cauliflower wings with the buffalo sauce. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  6. 6

    Bake

Transfer the coated cauliflower wings to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes to crisp them further.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven and serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
