Cook the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized.

Add the Garlic and Spices
Add the minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.

Finish the Dish
Drizzle lime juice over the shrimp and vegetable mixture. Stir to combine and remove from heat.

Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave. Serve the shrimp fajita picado hot with tortillas, rice, beans, and pico de gallo on the side.
