Juice Ingredients

Method

Juice Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Peel the oranges and pineapple, and remove any skin or cores. If using fresh cranberries, rinse them as well.

  2. 2

    Juicing the Oranges

Cut the oranges in half and use a citrus juicer to extract the juice into a measuring cup. Make sure to strain out any seeds or pulp if you prefer a smoother texture.

  3. 3

    Juicing the Pineapple

Chop the peeled pineapple into smaller chunks and place them in a blender. Add the water and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to separate the juice from the pulp.

  4. 4

    Juicing the Cranberries

If using fresh cranberries, place them in the blender with 1 cup of water and blend well. Strain through a fine mesh sieve. If using frozen cranberries, thaw them and then blend similarly with water.

  5. 5

    Mix the Juices

In a large pitcher, combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice. Stir well to mix everything together.

  6. 6

    Sweeten (Optional)

Taste the juice mixture. If desired, add sugar or honey to sweeten it according to your preference. Stir well to dissolve.

  7. 7

    Serve Over Ice

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the juice mixture over the ice. Serve immediately and enjoy!
