Method

Mini Tacos

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning. Stir well and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Assemble Tacos

Fill each mini taco shell with the seasoned ground beef, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.

Mini Quesadillas

  1. 3

    Prepare Quesadillas

On half of each flour tortilla, sprinkle shredded chicken and shredded cheese. Fold the tortilla over to enclose the filling.

  2. 4

    Cook Quesadillas

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese has melted.

  3. 5

    Serve

Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve with salsa.

Mini Guacamole Cups

  1. 6

    Make Guacamole

In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados. Stir in lime juice, chopped cilantro, and salt until well combined.

  2. 7

    Serve

Spoon the guacamole into small cups or bowls for individual servings.

Mini Nachos

  1. 8

    Prepare Nachos

Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Sprinkle shredded cheese and jalapeños on top.

  2. 9

    Melt Cheese

Place the baking sheet in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.

  3. 10

    Serve

Serve warm with sour cream on the side.

Mini Churros

  1. 11

    Make the Dough

In a pot, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Slowly add water, stirring until a dough forms.

  2. 12

    Fry Churros

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan. Using a piping bag, pipe strips of dough into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 13

    Coat with Sugar

Roll the fried churros in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon while still warm.
