Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lamb

Cut the boneless lamb into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Lamb

In a bowl, mix the lamb pieces with black pepper, cinnamon powder, garlic (minced), ginger (minced), and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare Onion

While the lamb is marinating, finely chop the onion.

  4. 4

    Cook the Lamb

Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent (about 5 minutes). Then, add the marinated lamb to the pan.

  5. 5

    Fry the Lamb

Cook the lamb for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is browned and cooked through.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy your Lamb Pepper Fry!
