Prepare the Lamb
Cut the boneless lamb into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Marinate the Lamb
In a bowl, mix the lamb pieces with black pepper, cinnamon powder, garlic (minced), ginger (minced), and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare Onion
While the lamb is marinating, finely chop the onion.

Cook the Lamb
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent (about 5 minutes). Then, add the marinated lamb to the pan.

Fry the Lamb
Cook the lamb for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is browned and cooked through.
