Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, garam masala, and red chili powder. Gradually add water to form a smooth batter.

Coat the Cauliflower
Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.

Fry the Cauliflower
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the batter-coated florets and fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Add Water
Pour in 1 cup of water and stir to combine. Allow it to simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Thicken the Gravy
Add the cornstarch mixed with water to the gravy and stir continuously until it thickens.

Season the Gravy
Season with salt and black pepper powder according to taste.

Combine with Cauliflower
Gently fold the fried cauliflower florets into the gravy, making sure they are well-coated.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions.
