Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Paneer

Cut the paneer into cubes and lightly fry them in a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter until golden brown. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Tomato Gravy

Chop the onions and tomatoes. In a large pan, melt the remaining butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

  3. 3

Add Spices and Ginger Garlic Paste

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and diced green chilies. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant. Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they soften.

  4. 4

    Add Masalas

Once the tomatoes are soft, stir in the turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

  5. 5

    Add Crème

Mix in the cooking crème and let the gravy simmer for another 3-5 minutes until creamy. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.

  6. 6

    Combine with Paneer

Gently fold in the fried paneer cubes into the gravy. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to warm the paneer through.

  7. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Chop coriander leaves and sprinkle them on top for garnish. Serve hot with naan or rice.
