Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Cut the boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, and cinnamon powder. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the spices and salt.

  2. 2

    Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil over medium heat until hot but not smoking.

  3. 3

    Cook the Chicken

Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken pieces to the skillet. Spread them out in a single layer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown and crispy, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes on the other side, making sure the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 75°C or 165°F).

  4. 4

    Garnish

Once the chicken is done cooking, remove it from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top as a garnish.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the Andhra Chicken Pepper Fry hot with steamed rice or Indian bread.
