1. Prepare the Croissants
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the croissants in half lengthwise and spread butter on the cut sides.
2. Assemble the Ingredients
Spread a tablespoon of Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each croissant. Layer the KY Legend ham, sliced Gala apples, fresh spinach, and baby brie on top.
3. Toast the Croissants
Place the assembled croissants on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden.
4. Add the Finishing Touch
Remove the croissants from the oven and drizzle Thai chili sauce over the top. Place the top half of the croissant on and serve warm.
