Prepare the Crostini
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and arrange them on a baking sheet. Brush each slice with olive oil.

Roast the Crostini
Bake the baguette slices in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside.

Combine Chutney Ingredients
Add the diced red bell pepper, green onions, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Assemble the Crostini
Spread a generous amount of fresh goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice. Top with the roasted corn chutney.

Arrange the crostini on a serving platter and enjoy!
