Sake (Fresh Salmon) Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sake, mirin, sesame oil, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper.

2

Marinate the Salmon

Place the fresh salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3

Preheat the Grill or Oven

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).

4

Cook the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill or in a baking dish if using the oven. Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

5

Garnish and Serve

Chop the green onions and sprinkle them over the cooked salmon before serving. Enjoy your Sake (Fresh Salmon)!
