Method
Edamame

Prepare Edamame
Boil water in a pot, add edamame, and cook for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain and sprinkle with sea salt.
Crispy Gyoza

Make Gyoza Filling
In a bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.

Form Gyoza
Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal.

Cook Gyoza
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add gyoza and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Add a splash of water, cover, and steam for another 3 minutes.
Ebi Fry

Prepare Shrimp
Dredge each shrimp in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Fry Shrimp
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan. Fry shrimp until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Chicken Teriyaki

Make Teriyaki Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer until slightly thickened.

Serve
Slice chicken and garnish with chopped green onions.
Kaizen Ribs

Cook Ribs
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Place ribs on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender. Uncover and broil for 5-10 minutes to caramelize.
