1. Prepare the Crab Mix

In a bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, and sriracha sauce. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

2. Prepare the Avocado

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the avocado into thin strips.

3. Cook the Panko Shrimp

Prepare the panko shrimp according to the package instructions, typically by deep-frying or baking until golden brown and crispy.

4. Assemble the Hand Rolls

On a bamboo sushi mat, lay out a sheet of nori. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top. Place a few pieces of panko shrimp, avocado slices, and a generous spoonful of the crab mix along the bottom edge.

5. Add Toppings

Sprinkle masago and chopped green onion over the crab mix.

6. Roll the Hand Roll
