3. Cook the Panko Shrimp
Prepare the panko shrimp according to the package instructions, typically by deep-frying or baking until golden brown and crispy.
4. Assemble the Hand Rolls
On a bamboo sushi mat, lay out a sheet of nori. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top. Place a few pieces of panko shrimp, avocado slices, and a generous spoonful of the crab mix along the bottom edge.
