Cooking Instructions for Freaky Edamame

1. Prepare the Edamame

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the edamame pods and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

2. Season the Edamame

In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, cracked black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.

3. Combine and Toss

Add the cooked edamame to the bowl with the seasoning mixture. Toss well until the edamame is evenly coated.

4. Finish with Lemon and Cilantro

Drizzle the lemon juice over the edamame and toss again. If using, add the fresh cilantro and mix gently.

5. Serve

Transfer the seasoned edamame to a serving bowl and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
