Marinate the Pork
Place the pork loin in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag, ensuring the pork is well coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, balsamic vinegar, honey, and chopped basil. Toss to coat evenly. Set aside to marinate while the pork is cooking.
Roasting

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Remove the pork from the marinade and place it on a roasting pan. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- 6
Add Tomatoes
In the last 10 minutes of roasting, spread the tomato mixture around the pork in the roasting pan.

Rest and Serve
Once done, remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with the roasted tomatoes on the side.
