Method

Rootbeer

    Prepare the Base

    In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 2 cups of brown sugar and stir until dissolved.

    Add Flavorings

    Remove from heat and stir in 2 tablespoons of rootbeer extract and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.

    Cool and Ferment

    Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, add 1 teaspoon of yeast and stir gently.

    Bottle and Carbonate

    Pour the mixture into clean bottles, leaving some space at the top. Add 2 cups of seltzer water to each bottle, cap them, and let sit at room temperature for 2-3 days to carbonate.

Gingerbeer

    Prepare the Ginger Syrup

    In a pot, combine 4 cups of water, 1 cup of grated fresh ginger, and 1 cup of sugar. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves.

    Add Lemon Juice

    Remove from heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

    Cool and Ferment

    Let the mixture cool down completely. Once cooled, add 1 teaspoon of yeast and stir gently.

    Bottle and Carbonate

    Pour into clean bottles, leaving some space at the top. Add 2 cups of seltzer water to each bottle, cap, and let them sit at room temperature for 2-3 days to carbonate.

Raspberry Lime Soda

    Prepare the Raspberry Mixture

    In a blender, combine 2 cups of fresh raspberries, 1 cup of lime juice, and 1 cup of sugar. Blend until smooth.

    Strain the Mixture

    Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl to remove the seeds.

    Mix with Water

    Add 4 cups of water to the strained raspberry mixture and stir well.

    Serve with Seltzer

    Pour the raspberry lime mixture into glasses and top with 2 cups of seltzer water for carbonation.

Orange Soda

    Prepare the Orange Juice Base

    In a bowl, mix 2 cups of fresh orange juice with 1 cup of sugar, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.

    In a large pitcher, combine the orange juice mixture with 4 cups of water and stir well.

    Serve with Seltzer

    Pour the orange soda mixture into glasses and top with 2 cups of seltzer water for carbonation.
