1. Wash and Prepare Vegetables

Thoroughly wash the Little Leaf lettuce, cucumber, celery, red pepper, and tomato under cold running water. Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel or use a salad spinner to dry the lettuce.

Chop the cucumber, celery, and red pepper into bite-sized pieces. Dice the tomato. Place all the chopped vegetables into a large mixing bowl.

3. Add Lettuce and Onion
