Mix the Base Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Cane Rock Rum, Apricot Infused Vodka, Bulleit Bourbon, Aperol, Nonino Apertivo, Fresh Lime Juice, Fresh Lemon Juice, and Orgeat.

Shake it Up
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Prepare the Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Add the Dark Rum Float
Slowly pour the Dark Rum over the back of a spoon so it floats on top of the drink.

Garnish (optional)
Garnish with a lime wheel or cherry, if desired.
