Prepare the Filling

1. Mix the Filling Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine the applewood hot smoked tuna, chipotle frito, and queso asadero. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Make Salsa Fina

2. Prepare the Salsa

Chop the tomatoes, onion, and cilantro finely. In a small bowl, combine the chopped ingredients with lime juice and salt. Mix well and set aside to let the flavors meld.

Assemble and Fry Pescadillas

3. Heat the Oil

In a deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat until it reaches 180°C (350°F).
