    In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Alto Espadin Mezcal, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, and 0.5 oz of agave syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.

    Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
