Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the fresh figs under running water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Cut off the stems and chop them into small pieces.

Mix the Base Ingredients
In a mixing glass, pour in 60 ml of Lyres Dry Gin, 30 ml of Ritual Aperitif, and 30 ml of Pathfinder Amaro.

Add Flavor Enhancers
Add the chopped figs, 1 tsp of tamarind paste, and 2 dashes of cardamom bitters to the mixing glass.
Mixing

Stir the Mixture
Add ice to the mixing glass and stir well for about 30 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnishing

Add Garnish
Garnish the drink with 2 slices of fresh fig and a twist of orange peel on top for an aromatic finish.
