Prepare the Tea
Brew 1 tsp of Lapsang Souchong tea in 1 oz of hot water. Let steep for 5 minutes, then strain and cool.

Juice the Limes
Squeeze fresh limes to yield 1 oz of fresh lime juice. Set aside.
Mixing

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 1.5 oz of Alambique Serrano Oaxacan rum, 0.5 oz of Calenda Espadin Mexicano, 0.5 oz of Giffard Banane du Bresil, 0.5 oz of Dolin Genepy, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, the cooled Lapsang Souchong tea, and 2 dashes of Bittermens Tiki bitters.

Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serving

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel if desired.
