Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Make Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Pour the activated yeast mixture and olive oil into the flour. Mix until a dough forms.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables, pepperoni, cooked sausage, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Stromboli Assembly

Roll Out Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll it out into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.

Spread the filling mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Roll and Seal
Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough into a log. Pinch the edges to seal and tuck in the ends.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the rolled Stromboli onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
