Prepare the Ingredients
If using fresh spinach, rinse and roughly chop it. If using frozen artichoke hearts, thaw them and chop. Drain and chop the artichoke hearts if using canned.
Mixing

Combine Creamy Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.

Add Spinach and Artichokes
Fold in the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts into the creamy base until evenly distributed.

Incorporate Cheeses
Add the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese into the mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.

Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper over the mixture. Stir until the seasonings are evenly mixed in.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
