    Begin by preparing all the ingredients. Cut the crabsticks into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the cucumber and carrot into matchsticks. Julienne the takuan and daikon. Remove seeds from jalapenos and slice them thinly. Dice the tuna and escolar into small cubes.
