Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Make sure to slice the bell pepper, carrot, and mushrooms thinly for even cooking.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, cornstarch, and water. Mix well until the cornstarch is dissolved and set aside.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Heat the Oil

In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

  2. 4

    Stir Fry the Vegetables

Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, snap peas, and mushrooms to the hot oil. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  3. 5

    Add the Sauce

Pour the prepared sauce over the stir-fried vegetables and toss everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the vegetables evenly.

  4. 6

    Finish with Green Onions

Add the chopped green onions to the stir-fry and stir well. Cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat.
