Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Breading Station
Set up a breading station with three shallow plates: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Prepare the Baking Dish
Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it in a baking dish. Pour marinara sauce over each piece, covering them generously.

Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the marinara-covered chicken.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
