Steak

Grilled Vegetables (optional)

Method

Preparing the Steak

  1. 1

    Marinating the Steak

In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and fresh rosemary. Rub this mixture all over the ribeye steaks and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

  2. 2

    Preheating the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450-500°F or 232-260°C). This will help achieve those beautiful grill marks and a nice sear on the steak.

Grilling the Steak

  1. 3

    Grilling the Steak

Place the marinated ribeye steaks on the grill. For medium-rare, grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Adjust the time depending on your preferred doneness (3-4 minutes for rare, 5-6 minutes for medium, and 7-8 minutes for well done).

  2. 4

    Resting the Steak

Once cooked to your liking, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute for a more tender steak.

Grilling the Vegetables (Optional)

  1. 5

    Preparing the Vegetables

Slice the bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion into even pieces. In a bowl, toss them with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 6

    Grilling the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the steaks. Grill them for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
